How to Flash Firmware with SP Flash Tool
The procedure for using the tool with the flash file is pretty simple, just run the tool on your PC, then select the stock firmware. Here, we provides step-by-step guide on How to Flash stock firmware using the flash tool easily. Before that, check the prerequirement.

Requirements
- Take Complete data Back up of your smartphone.
- Ensure at least 70% battery.
- Download the correct stock Firmware ROM for your MediaTek-based phone.
- Install the MTK USB VCOM Driver on your Windows.

Steps to Flash Stock Firmware
1. Download SP Flash Tool to your computer.
2. Then extract the tool with WinRaR or 7zip.
3. Now Open the Flash tool folder.
4. Run SP_Flash_tool.exe.

Configure the Flash Tool
1. Click on Choose from Download-Agent file Tab and select the MTK_All_IN_ONE_DA.bin file from the Flash Tool folder.
2. Tap Open.
3. Extract the stock firmware file for your phone.
4. Click on Choose from Scatter-Loading File Tab and select the MTXX_Android_scatter.txt file from the Flash file folder.
5. Tap Open.
6. Now Click on Download.
7. It has 3 options to flash the firmware, Download Only, Format All, Format + Download.
8. Always use the Download Only.

Flash Modes
- Download Only: Flash all the system files except Boot, FRP & NV Data.
- Format All: It will erase the whole system data, you will face IMEI, and SN errors & the device will be dead.
- Format + Download: It will erase the whole system data & Flash the firmware you selected on the tool. (Also, it will delete the NVdata and you will face IMEI, SN error).

Connect the phone to Windows
1. Power Off your MTK Android phone.
2. Connect your device to computer via USB cable
3. Open Device Manager > Check the COMPORT Number.
4. Select the COMPORT number (In my case I have COM9).

Start Flashing
1. The Flashing process will begin.
2. It will take some time to finish.
3. Once finished, disconnect and Power On your phone.
4. Setup all initial steps.
5. That’s it.

Conclusion:
Keep in Mind: Flashing doesn’t help you Unlock the FRP lock, you have to use the Format Options to unlock the FRP from your phone. So, If you only want to unlock the FRP then you don’t flash the whole firmware, just download the MTK FRP Scatter file & follow the below steps.
