How Install and Activate MSM Flash Tool
1. Download the flash tool on your computer.
2. Make a new folder, then move both downloaded files to the New folder.
3. Extract the “MSMDownloadTool.rar” and “MSM Flash Tool.rar” in a same folder.
4. Run the PDAnet.exe with Administrator permission and install it on your computer.
5. Now Run & install “Codemeter Runtime.exe“.
6. Once installation has completed, open Codemeter Control Center.
7. On Codemeter Control center Click File > Import License.
8. Now you have to activate the “Oppo MSM Download Tool” license by import the “License” file in “Codemetercontrolcenter.exe“.
9. Browse to the “Oppo All Tool” and select “OPPOMsmDownloadToolNoneLic_2001.WibuCmRaU” file.
10. Now you can see License Activated message in Codemeter Control Center.
11. Then go back to the “Oppo Download Tool” and run DownloadTool.exe.
12. Wait for a few seconds to open the tool.
